In 1913, James Curtis Falls traveled to California in a covered wagon with his parents and siblings when they formed roots in the town of Clovis. More than a century later, Falls Farms has sprouted new roots in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles to rethink the relationship between farming and the role it can play in creating community.
